Graco DuetSoothe Swing+Rocker

Everyone has their own personal list of 'baby must haves'. For us, the most expensive must have is a great swing. Looking back, all of my babies have been rocked by the very same brand of swing- Graco. They change and improve over the years, but have always been my swing brand of choice.

The new line up features a swing that plugs in, comes in multiple fashions, swings consistently and strongly and functions as both a swing and a rocker- the Duetsoothe Swing+Rocker!

Straight out of the box I was a bit intimidated. To be honest, the wife handles most baby gear set up. This particular project took her less than 15 minutes to set up.

The swing is always a popular spot in our house. Problem is, it is also the spot where baby falls asleep most often. With the DuetSoothe we can just push a button and take baby and rocker with us.

The harness is very easy to use, which is a huge plus. To be honest if a harness is hard to get on and off, I just won't put it on, which is dangerous! (shhhhh bad dad alert!) This swing offers a 5 or 3 point harness connection, depending on how wiggly your baby is. The plush white and blue insert can also be removed which makes the seat a bit deeper to increase the life of the swing.

The beary cute mobile on top provides something simple, yet attractive for baby to look at. I love that the swing can be powered by a plug or batteries. I do wish that the soothing vibrations base used plug power as well, currently it only runs on batteries.
